Why you gotta be so emo?

I came home tonight to find that I had the HUGEST zit on my chin. Upon closer inspection, the huge zit turned out to be dried up crusty chicken wing sauce.
It had been there since 7 pm.
It is now 1:30 am.

One and two and three

1. I went in to work tonight thinking that I was going to be there until the standard closing time of 4 am and proceeded to eat my weight in chocolate covered espresso beans to prepare for the long haul. At midnight I was informed that I could go home and now I am so incredibly wired that I don't know what to do with myself.

2. I had the most delicious waffles for lunch (brunch?) today with an old friend. What made the waffles even better was that we ate them outside in the sun.

3. Tomorrow I am saving baby seals through fashion.

Work In Progress

When I was in LA I hated it. Now that I'm leaving in 4 hours I want to stay. I think I'm bipolar.

This trip was good but too long. I learned a lot about the industry that I wish I could have learned in other ways, but I guess "the hard way" is the way to make a lesson stick.

Pictures to follow for all 5 of you that read this.

Charlotte NC here I come. Then you Toronto, I can't wait to see you.

P.S. I love LA girls. They have "sass appeal". And tans. Oh and Target. It's like Zellers but way better.

Taco/Burrito

In LA at the moment; am counting down the days until I go home. I have started etching a line a day into the sterile concrete wall of my “bedroom” of the agency apartment. This ain’t 8th and Ocean that’s for sure. Everyone here smells like patchouli and the only topic of sustainable conversation seems to be weightloss and “who is creepy/a loser/hot”. I feel like I’m at a bizarro anorexic highschool in Eastern Europe.

There was an earthquake this morning.

I am grumpy.
